    I have been an Iyengar student at Simply Yoga for more than 10 years. My needs have changed over the years and John has helped me respond to those needs so that I expect to keep going for many years to come.

    Not only is John a meticulous practitioner, his approach puts his class completely at ease. He is kind and encouraging and helps his students strive to reach their full potential, without placing uncomfortable pressure on anyone. He subtly incorporates mind/body awareness in his methodology and takes the mystique out of yoga, making a practical tool for pschyo-physical balance. There are people of all ages in the class I attend. John is also extremely attentive to any physical problems and treats each student individually. There can't be a better studio for anyone at any stage. I have experienced the other teachers as well and they are all excellent.
